Clindoxyl Gel is manufactured for the treatment of acne vulgaris. It combines 1 % clindamycin phosphate and 5 % benzoyl peroxide that are more efficacious than either active agent alone or the vehicle, in reducing moderate acne. As such, I rate this product at 4 out of 5 for its effectiveness.
Clindoxyl is an antibiotic used to treat acne. Although applied only to the skin, some of this medication could be absorbed into the bloodstream. And it has been known to cause severe, sometimes even fatal colitis (an inflammation of the lower bowel) when taken internally. So, care should be taken in using Clindoxyl. If you are sensitive to or have ever had an allergic reaction to Clindoxyl, you should not use this medication.

the best product eva!! cleared my acne and also is fading my acne scars! it can get a bit drying but not to much...

In the begining this product worked great...now my skin seems to have gotten used to it and it is not as effective. With a prescription(and insurance) it is very affordable- $18 cdn...caution it will bleach pillowcases and pj's...i had to buy all white! The product is capable of a 4 out of 5 rating.
