Totally shrunk the big pimple I had on my nose that was there for a month or so. It dries your face out though only a little bit, just put Vaseline on your face at night and it'll be fine. Vaseline doesn't clog pores either, its non-codemogenic. I definitely recommend it. The product is capable of a 3 out of 5 rating.
