The Benzac AC Gel 5 % is a very exceptional topical medication used to treat acne. "AC" are the initials for Acrylates Colpolymer beads which absorb oils and release glycerin to moisturize dry/ irritated skin. This product is more than worth a five star rating.
Each gram of Benzac AC Gel 5 % contains Benzoyl peroxide 50mg/g, docusate sodium, disodium edetate, polaxamer 182, carbomer 940, propylene glycol, acrylates copolymer, glycerol, silicon dioxide and purified water, citric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. This acne medication is also available in different forms of packages such as bar, cream, gel, lotion and others.
However, certain precautions have to be taken while using this product. You are required to keep it away from eyes, lips and mouth and avoid excessive exposure to sunlight. The customers are also very satisfied with this product. A perfect answer to all your acne woes!

I've tried everything and I finally starting using an otc bp. I liked how it cleared up my skin but I didn't like the texture, so I asked my doctor if he could prescribe a gel. I went from a 2.5% to a 5%(benzac) and my skin immediately cleared up and during these hot summer days my skin is never oily. I just love this product. It absorbs right into your skin and feels very light. I only wear clinique's tinted moisturizer with an spf and a bronzer. I strongly recommend this product. I rate it 5 out of 5.
